Clarity Event Manager software allows venues to efficiently plan, run and manage events like weddings, so this week we thought we would go off on a tangent and find a collection of breath taking wedding venues. We found some on mydomainehome.com.au to share with you.

First on the list is Le Sirens Hotel, Positano, Italy

This is a perfect reception space that is already so beautiful that it requires no styling at all. It is lit with hundreds of candles and canopied with vines cascading from the ceiling. It is worth the memory of a beautiful wedding.

Next up is Cala Macarelleta, Menorca, Spain

This is a magical spot of hidden beaches in Menorca. It has out of the world crystal waters, an arcing turquoise lagoon against a backdrop of sheer white cliffs. The journey to the beach is just as magical as one has to snake through country roads lined with ancient drystone walls that are also dotted with olive and orange trees, and wildflowers. Simply gorgeous!

The next stop is Parque Lage, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

This place is perfect for a poolside reception that stands tall with a difference. With ancient stone walls, emerald tile accents and a breathtaking backdrop of the rain forest and Corcovado mountain, guests will definitely be mesmerised.

Say hello to Sea Cave, Benagil Beach, Algarve, Portugal

This is a naturally carved dome-shaped sea cave perfect for a beach wedding. It is located on the Algarve Coastline and is accessed by boat at low tide. Definitely a dreamy location for your special day.

Next up is Churchill, Victoria, Australia

This gorgeous 1858-converted Methodist church is set in the Victorian countryside, and is run by talented florists behind Prunella. It is adorned with glorious gothic stained-glass windows and boasts high timber ceilings. Paired with wildly foraged botanical styling of Prunella, this venue makes a unique and unexpectedly beautiful setting.

Be ready to be taken away to a different world by Ristorante Grotta Palazzos Cave Restaurant, Puglia, Italy

This ancient and otherworldly restaurant is tucked away into the seaside cliffs of Southern Italy. Its surreal setting with a backdrop of the Mediterranean Sea would make for a truly romantic reception.

Next up is Erg Chigaga Luxury Desert Camp, Morocco

Imagine having a reception under the stars, dancing on layered Moroccan rugs under your feet to Bedouin music, all the while surrounded by a blazing bonfire. This serene setting provides a spectacular experience.

The San Giorgio Mykonos pool is surrounded by whitewashed stone buildings overlooking the Aegean Sea. Just imagine, guests lounging poolside in hammocks, cocktails on sun loungers, and a dance floor on a wooden deck dotted with palm trees. This would really make for a beautifully relaxed reception space. There’s also a quaint chapel at the hotel.

Here is every bride’s dream venue - Venus Castle (Castello di Venere), Erice, Sicily

Standing tall 750 meters above sea level, this enchanting castle can provide the complete princess experience. This medieval castle is wonderfully preserved and is surrounded by the most breathtaking views and a palpable sense of history. It is located in the romantic little town of Erice in Sicily. Castello di Venere was constructed by the Normans, and was built on the original site of the ancient Temple of Venus.

Last but not least - Greenhouses

With refracted sunlight beaming through the glass exterior in an oasis-like space, brimming with orchids, ferns, and palms, a greenhouse makes the perfect emerald-tinted paradise for a wedding. Also, when strung with lights by night, it transforms into an otherworldly setting. Greenhouses are also perfect for winter celebrations since it traps heat or those who want an outdoor wedding without the risk of rain.
