The George Hotel and Hotel Montreal, both in Christchurch, Hulbert House in Queenstown, and the Regent of Rotorua. Set in some of New Zealand’s most beautiful locations, each hotel is absolutely one-of-a-kind. Highly personalised service, tranquil ambiance and rich local flavour are hallmarks of each property. 

To further enhance their business, the Brook Serene management looked for a property management system which could provide functionality and ease of use so that hotel staff could continue to focus on their most important role - providing the best possible experience to guests before, during and after their stay. 

At Clarity Hospitality we are proud to have been chosen to provide Clarity Hotel Manager on our cloud hosted server plus Clarity Event Manager and XCR Point of Sale as a full featured property management system for the Brook Serene Group. Coupled with Clarity Central Manager to enable whole group reporting, shared guest history and central reservations, the Clarity suite of products work together to provide seamless transactions, easy check in, check out and front office procedures, and serious management reporting.

With our on site training in the Clarity suite of products, on site go live assistance and software support provided by our Auckland based technical team, we are continuing to support the Brook Serene staff to become confident and competent users of the Clarity software suite.
