After approaches from some of the UK based users of Clarity Software and negotiations with Paragon POS Ltd, the UK resellers of Clarity for the last 5 years, Clarity Hospitality Software Solutions Ltd is proud to announce the acquisition of Paragon’s Clarity business and the establishment of an office in the UK. We are also excited to announce that Lee Alibone, one of the key staff members from the days when Total Hospitability Solutions established the original UK business, has accepted the role of General Manager UK. Lee’s background includes a career in the UK Hospitality Industry up to a General Manager level. With his considerable experience training and supporting hotels in using the Clarity (then Phoenix) software, his knowledge of the UK Hospitality Industry and his business acumen, we consider ourselves very fortunate to have Lee on-board. Lee has recruited Kelly Feeney, another experienced hospitality industry professional with Clarity software knowledge, to assist. They will be based  in the new Clarity UK Leicester office.

The acquisition adds more than 120 customers to Clarity’s growing client base and it also brings some challenges. There are several hotel groups, some needing to have their systems upgraded from old versions. There are groups and individual hotels needing to be moved to cloud hosting. There is a raft of unresolved requests and questions. However, we are confident that the team at Clarity UK backed by the NZ team are more than capable of addressing these issues and delivering the quality support environment we believe in providing to our customers.

 All of us at Clarity are excited by this growth and in particular our Managing Director Dougall Love is proud that Clarity is at last able to continue with what he describes as “unfinished business” by reuniting with our UK user base.
